Who we are

INACORE GmbH is a company located in Ortenburg and Ergoldsbach near Landshut in Bavaria/Germany and founded in 2017. INACORE produces inorganic sand cores and core packages for the foundry industry using the latest, environmentally friendly processes.

The core production no longer poses the question of effectiveness, but rather efficiency. From the start, it was our goal to realize the most efficient core shop in the world.

We do not only confine ourselves on core production but have expanded our portfolio to 3D printed inorganically bound sand cores and our in-house tool maintenance department. To do this, we rely on state-of-the-art machinery, fully automated, air-conditioned warehouse technology and lean logistics processes, stringent quality management and consistent digitization and full networking across the entire value creation process.

Since the announcement of the introduction of an EU7 emissions standard with requirements for particulate emissions from vehicle brake systems, we have been working on the development of emission-reduced, hard-coated brake discs.

Together with various partners in the coating industry and users in the automotive sector, we develop coating systems and production processes that meet the highest demands of the automotive industry.

We trust on a team of experienced scientists, developers, process engineers, production experts and cost specialists. At the same time, we work very closely with external partners. Finally, the results achieved are tested and evaluated directly by users in the automotive sector.

Brake discs are safety components. For the serial supply of brake discs, we rely on state-of-the-art machinery, highly trained employees and a fully integrated, automated quality control system.
