Exemplary solution – BMW tool maintenance

The core production department at BMW Landshut in Germany has assigned INACORE to take care of the service of their core boxes. Since the middle of the year 2020, the INACORE team in Ergoldsbach maintains all core boxes according to determined process steps. On the basis of the facts resulting from optical measuring, the maintenance steps are discusssed and agreed on with our customer in detail and on a daily basis. To ensure the functionality and the quality, all the core boxes are shot at a separately core shooter for sampling purposes and the measures of cores are optically inspected.

Every week, around 20 devices pass through the process.
